The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 of IPC in Crime No.123 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with knife and thereby caused injuries to him.| Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the respondent police inserted the name of the petitioners for the statistical purpose. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner

stating that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with knife and thereby caused injuries to him. He further submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. He also submitted that A1 is having seven previous cases, A2 is having two previous cases and A3 is having three previous cases.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the respondent and perused the entire materials available on record including the FIR.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made on both sides and also taking note of the fact that there are several previous cases pending against the petitioners, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
