Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the Third Respondent to consider and dispose the Petitioner representation dated 20.03.2019.

When it is pointed out by Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Foruth Respondents, that the Petitioner has to make proper application in the manner prescribed under Section 63(b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, before the Third Respondent for the relief that has been sought in his representation dated 20.03.2019, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to that procedure. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
