ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Arbitral Award by another period of six months. 2.Mr.V.V.Sivakumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice for the respondent, has stated no objection for allowing this application. 3.The arbitration is in the argument stage. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity for this Court to grant extension by another period of six months. This Court deems it fit to grant four months time for the Arbitral ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

vga Tribunal to pronounce the arbitral award instead of six months sought for by the applicant.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.
