ORDER

Seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to forwarded the revised proposal of the maternity leave of the petitioner, Employee No. 42020952741 Assistant Block Development Office (VP) Chengam, Thiruvannamalai District, pursuant to the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No. 4329692/2026/Pa4 dated18.03.2026 as per the application dated 18.02.2026, this writ petition is filed. 2.The petitioner made an application on 18.02.2026 before the 2nd respondent seeking maternity leave. However, the 2nd respondent has kept the same in abeyance and the 2nd respondent has not forwarded the revised proposal of the petitioner and kept the same pending and hence, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court for a direction to 2nd respondent to forward the revised proposal of the maternity leave of the petitioner to 1st respondent. 3.

Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to forward the revised proposal of the maternity leave of the petitioner to the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent, on receipt of the same is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the revised proposal of the maternity leave of the petitioner.
