ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph No. 7(c) of the order dated 01.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 8102 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is earning only a meagre income and is unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the nature of offence involving exploitation of natural resources, this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 01.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8102 of 2026.
