ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Paragraph 7(c) in Crl.OP.No.7947 of 2026 dated 30.03.2026 that "the petitioners are directed to make a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five thousand only), each directly to the credit of Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first petitioner is an owner of the vehicle and has earning meager amount derived from the vehicle. Further, the second petitioner is a daily wager and their income is not sufficient to run their family. Hence, the petitioners are having difficulty to mobilize the money and unable to comply the conditional order imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the Petitioners are unable to comply the conditional order of this Court. Hence, he opposed to allow this petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

5. Considering the exploitation of natural resources, this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02-06-2026 Vv To
