J U D G M E N T
The suit is filed for partition by the plaintiffs and the defendant.
2. When the matter is taken up today, Joint Memo of Compromise is filed by both sides, signed by the parties and duly attested by the counsel. The learned counsels would submit that based on the compromise memo dated 26.08.2016, the suit may be decreed.
3. Accordingly, the suit stands decreed in terms of the joint memo of compromise. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and parcel of decree. No costs.
