This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed v in Crl.M.P.No.2513 of 2010 in C.C.No.78/1997 dated 07.10.2010 passed by the learned XI Additional Court for CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions, Chennai and to direct the Trial Court to recall P.W.1,4,5,10,11 and 14. 2.On 05.03.2015, it was represented by Mr.Maruthi Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that C.C.No.78 of 1997 has already been disposed of. Hence, report has been called for from the concerned Court, which reveals that C.C.No.78 of 1997 has been disposed of on 30.01.2011.
