ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order, dated 26.05.2025, bearing number TN/RECY/45G/51000185840000605/CCR-VARIOUS CCR, passed by the third respondent and quash the same.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of W.A.No.709 of 2010, the petitioner federation has taken a policy decision to adopt the provisions of ESI Act and avail the amnesty scheme thereunder.

3. In the light of the above development, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
