This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1070 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.

23292 of 2021 on 03.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police monthly once on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
