CRIME NO.5 OF 2018.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2565 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASU Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail. It is further submitted that investigation has been transferred to CBI.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the CBI as and when required for interrogation till filing charge sheet and thereafter, petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
