Learned counsel for the plaintiff makes a statement that midway through the cross examination of P.W.1 by the 1st defendant, he has become seriously sick and his illness prolonged. It is in these circumstances, the learned counsel for the plaintiff states that he is constrained to close the evidence of P.W.1, the same is recorded.
