ORDER

The petitioner has been accused having committed an offence under Section 306 of IPC on account of the death of his wife. The petitioner was placed under suspension on 25.06.2021. Thereafter the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent to reconsider the order suspending the petitioner from service. The petitioner had sent another representation dated 01.09.2021. 2.It is the case of the petitioner these representations have not evoked any response from the respondents and therefore he has come by way of this writ petition. Considering the nature of complaint i.e., pending against the petitioner unnatural death of his wife, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. At the same time, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to issue appropriate charge memo to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and endeavour to complete the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a period of 12 months thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
