Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8359 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1085 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M. APPAJICHARLES KAMALESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 23.12.2020 in Crl.MP.No.8549 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.1085 of 2020, this Court has modified the conditions imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date.
