Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering into the petitioner's property comprising in Survey No.333/9 measuring Acre 1.13 cents, Survey No. 333/9B measuring acre 0.07 cents, totally acre 1.20 cents situated at Ramanaikanpalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District and consequently to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to dig out the 2 buried (dead bodies) from the petitioner's patta land based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also filed a memo dated 23.09.2021 to that effect.
