The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.419 of 2009 on the file of the respondent Police against the above named accused.

2. Heard Mr.M.Anandaraj, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigations has almost been completed and he seeks four weeks time to complete the investigation and to file a final report. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
