ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the bond and to produce the sureties pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.01.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.230 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, nature of offence charged against the petitioner and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered by granting one month time to the petitioner to execute the bond and to produce the sureties, as per the order of this Court dated 08.01.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.230 of 2026, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 14-05-2026 MFA
