ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. Petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, has moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and intimated with dire consequences. Therefore, the complaint was given to take action against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is petition enquiry pending in C.S.R.No.16 of 2018.

3. Considering the same, the following orders are passed: (i) Since the petition enquiry is pending, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the respondent police for completion of the enquiry in petition C.S.R.No.16 of 2018. (ii) On enquiry, if the petitioner is arrested, in the event of her arrest, she shall be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
