praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.09.2020 made in E number 11382/2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the official respondents to regulate the estimation and apportionment of vacancies for the post of Labour Officers (now Assistant Commissioner of Labour) from the year 20072008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 among the direct recruitment and recruitment by transfer strictly following the Special Rules for labour officers and refix the seniority.
