ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's case on the basis of the proceedings passed by the Director of School Education, Chennai in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/C4/13 dated 27.11.2013 and approve his appointment as BT Assistant (Science) in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

M.D.Crane Middle School, Tindivanam, Villupuram District and provide Teaching Grant for his post.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
