ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the miscellaneous petition in WMP.No.19238 of 2023, in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 25.02.2025 in SLP(C) No.18020 of 2023, preferred by the respondent-Management. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
