ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. and 05.30 P.M., until further orders vide order dated 23.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 7288 of 2026. 2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7288 of 2026, dated 23.03.2026 without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 21-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MSM
