Crl.M.P.No.12200 of 2022 and Crl.R.C.No.475 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., As per the earlier order dated 12.04.2022 made in Crl.R.C.No.475 of 2022, the petitioner/accused was permitted to take the original RC Book from the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB & CBCID), Egmore, after giving an undertaking that the said book would to be returned to the Court within thirty days from the said date. However, in view of certain conditions prevailing in RTO, the same could not be complied with and hence, the petitioner/accused has filed Crl.M.P.No.12200 of 2022, seeking extension of time viz., thirty days, to return the original RC Book before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (CCB & CBCID), Egmore.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the supporting affidavit, time to comply with the order of this Court dated 12.04.2022 in Crl.RC.No.475 of 2022, is extended till 09.09.2022 and no further extension will be granted.
3. Crl.M.P.No.12200 of 2022, is ordered accordingly.
