ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the D1, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 am., and 5.30pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the jurisdictional police daily at 10.30 am., and 5.30pm., until further order " imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.5970 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is modified. 14-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order nr To The Inspector of police Palladam Police Station Tiruppur District.
