For the reason stated by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, in her letter dated 12.08.2022, this Court finds that due to subsequent development, the learned Magistrate is unable to complete the trial within the time prescribed by the order of this Court dated 08.07.2019.

2.Taking note of the request of the learned Magistrate, time is extended.

3.The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same within reasonable time.
