O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.344 of 2007 in I.A.No.140 of 2006 in M.L.O.P No.159 of 2003 by the Principal Subordinate Court, Erode, on 20.08.2014.

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the Suit pertains to this Civil Revision Petition has been settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
