After the order of this Court extending the time to surrender and furnish the surety, the petitioner herein has started reporting before the Town Police, Trichy from 07.07.2022 daily at 10.30 a.m., seeks modification of the condition to the effect that he will report before the Namakkal Town Police as and when required. Due to the condition imposed, he is forced to stay at Trichy, as a result, his avocation is affected.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that the investigation is almost completed and after finalisation, the draft charge sheet will be filed.

4. Considering the said fact, bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Namakkal Town Police Station as and when required.
