ORDER

After hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.Bhargavi Gopalan, learned counsel for the private respondent in W.P.No.23433 of 2014, Mr.K.Hariharan placing reliance upon the order passed by the Hon'ble Dr. Justice Anita Sumanth in W.P.Nos.26278 of 2007, etc., and batch, dated 27.11.2019, requested permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the authorities; in case, in the ensuing interstate agreement, the permit of the petitioner is included to seek for counter signature.

2. As this Court has already granted such liberty, the same is reiterated. Reserving the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
