ORDER

Aggrieved against the order passed by the 2nd respondent, in proceedings No.4490/2009/A1 dated 19.09.2009, by which the patta in favour of the petitioner was cancelled and given in favour of the third party, the petitioner has sent a representation on 31.07.2015 to the respondents 1 and 3 and followed by another representation dated 25.08.2015 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of patta. Seeking to dispose of the above said representations, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the pendency of the representations before the respondents and without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the person in whose favour the patta stands as of now.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
