When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with. In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Se.Mu.Aa.No.A1/32031/2014-2, dated 11.03.2022 passed by the 1st Respondent herein.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the 1st Respondent herein, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
