Crl.M.P.No.12658 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4960 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4960 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 to report before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4960 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
