ORDER

The petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the complaint of one Geetha, has been called during odd hours and causing harassment. Hence, the above petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that Geetha is none other than the sister of the petitioner. The petitioner had created a forged document, using the forged document, had filed a civil suit and on the shield of the civil suit, he had been evading to appear before the enquiry. It is a clear case of forgery. For the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner is very much necessary.

(Crl.side) and finding that the allegation made against the petitioner is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
