This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

O.P.No.8093 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

O.P.No.8093 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
