This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 12.05.2026 under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to modify a conditional order No.3 imposed by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Ranipet District in Crl M.P.No.107 of 2026 in S.C.No.13 of 2024 on the file the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Ranipet District in Cr.No.264 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.
