Original petitioner one N.Subramanian since deceased, the present petitioners have filed this miscellaneous application to bring them as petitioners as they are the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.R.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, since the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
