This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5492 of in Crl.O.P.No.6097 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed. But, it has not been taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5492 of in Crl.O.P.No.6097 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
