This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20 lakhs to the credit of crime number within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and deposit another sum of Rs.20 lakhs within a period of six months thereafter.

2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the conditions imposed on the petitioner has not complied with till date.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed as the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed on him.
