This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the 1st Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7676 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, the case is now taken on file in C.C.No.4446 of 2023, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.II, Egmore, Chennai. He further submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
