This is an application filed by the petitioners to substitute the proposed respondents 3 to 6 as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent.

Heard Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.R.Shase, learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6.

In view of the facts stated in the petition seeking to substitute the respondents 3 to 6, supported by affidavit and there being no serious objection on the side of the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6, we allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
