Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.8555 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020 in Crl.O.P. No.8725 of 2020 dated 16.06.2020 i.e the petitioner report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.DINESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 16.06.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 16.06.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
