2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint made by the defacto complainant has been closed and hence, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication.
