PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in K3/17113/2018 dated 19.01.2023 and the subsequent order issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.P/29/2023 dated 17.02.2023 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work in the post of Cook based on the order of appointment issued by the 4th respondent dated 17.03.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in K3/17113/2018 dated 19.01.2023 and the subsequent order issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.P/29/2023 dated 17.02.2023 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work in the post of Cook based on the order of appointment issued by the 4th respondent dated 17.03.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been reinstated into service vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.K1/17113/2018-2 dated 29.08.2024 and hence, the prayer sought for herein has become infurcutuous.
