This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1065 of 2021, on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.1065 of 2021, the 1st respondent Police closed the FIR as 'Mistake of Fact' on 19.09.2021 and served the R.C.S.No.36 of 2021 to the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since the FIR in Crime No.1065 of 2021 was closed as 'Mistake of Fact', nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
