The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.57 of 2021 for offence under Section 12 (1) (a) of Passport Act, 1967, has filed this criminal original petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent Police on completion of investigation in Crime No.57 of 2021, charge sheet filed against the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.I, Alandur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.252 of 2021 and the next hearing date is on 12.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
