This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 8(b) on the petitioner by an order dated 01.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15126 of 2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- as nonrefundable deposit to the credit of the concerned mineral foundation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned mineral foundation.
