2. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have commissioned the solar power plant and it is working. The liability of the 1st respondent to pay is Page No. 2 of 4
also not in dispute.
3. Considering the same, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to refund the security deposits in respective writ petitions with appropriate interest as provided in the contract within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
