Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the 1st respondent's proceedings dated 03.12.2018 in Na.Ka.3316/2018/A2 and enquiry report submitted by the 2nd respondent in Oo.Mu.108/2020 dated 05.09.2020 and enquiry report submitted by the 3rd respondent 25.08.2020 within a stipulated time framed by this Court.

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the proceedings of the 1st respondent and enquiry report of the respondents 2 and 3.

3. The case of the petitioner is that based on his representation dated 23.11.2018, the first respondent passed the proceedings dated 03.12.2018 directing the 3rd respondent to conduct field visit and to submit the report before the 2nd respondent and thereafter the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry and forwarded the report to the 1st respondent. However, no orders have been passed, hence the present petition.

4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is hereby directed to pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, based on the enquiry report submitted by the respondents 2 and 3, pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3316/2018/A2 dated 03.12.2018.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
