These applications have been filed i) to set aside the orders passed by the learned Master dated 03.06.2024 in A.Nos.2513 & 2514 of 2024. ii) to condone the delay in representation and payment of deficit Court fee in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)SR. No.137334 of 2022

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the applicant has filed applications in A.Nos.2513 & 2514 of 2024 before the learned Master to condone the delay in representation and payment of deficit Court fee in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)SR. No.137334 of 2022. However, without assigning any proper reasons, the learned Master had dismissed the said applications vide the impugned orders dated 06.03.2024. Hence, he requests this Court to set aside the orders passed by the learned Master and allow these applications.
3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing these applications. Further, he would submit that he has not raised any serious objections even before the Page No.1/3
learned Master.

Considering the above submissions and on perusing the entire materials available on record, this Court is of the view that there was no reason to reject the applications, which were filed before the learned Master. Further, in the present case, the respondent has not raised any objections, in allowing the applications, either before the learned Master or before this Court.
5. Therefore, this Court is inclined to set aside the orders passed by the learned Master and allow these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed. The orders dated 03.06.2024 passed by the learned Master in A.Nos.2513 & 2514 of 2024 is set aside and the delay, in representation and payment of deficit Court fee in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)SR. No.137334 of 2022, is hereby condoned.
