O R D E R

These Civil Revision Petitions have been preferred to call for the records relating to the order dated 04.07.2014 passed in IA No.98 of 2014 in OS No.84 of 2013 and to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.07.2014 passed in I.A.No.99 of 2014 in O.S.No.84 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur respectively.

2. On 13.11.2019, when these Civil Revision Petitions came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present and filed a memo stating that she has already handed over the case bundles to the petitioner. After recording the said memo, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and further directed the Registry to list these Civil Revision Petitions today under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Even though these matters are posted today (15.11.2019) under the caption 'for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent alone present.

4. Hence, both these Civil Revision petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/3
