ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Section 294(b), 341 and 395 of IPC, in Crime No.157 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused robbed a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the co-accused were enlarged on anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.OP.Nos.13423, 13434 and 13600 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021 and 04.08.2021. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that so far Rs.1,89,000/- was recovered and seven previous cases are already pending against the petitioner and also bad antecedents as against the petitioner. He further submits that Sessions Court, Vellore has been dismissed the petitioner's earlier bail petition in Cr.MP.No.3119 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that seven previous caseses are pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
